What does the word "breathtaking"
envision in your mind?
I suppose that a lot of you would turn to nature for a response. The list of visual analogies describing this artistic word would clearly be long and vast. From the shores of the Hawaiian Islands to the majestic trees of the Amazon Rainforest, there are few words equipped to characterize these beautiful phenoms. They are ... hummmmmmmmm ... breathtaking.
Are your daily experiences with God ... hummmmmmmmm ... breathtaking? Does the love and graciousness of the Father simply take your breath away? When I have breathtaking experiences at the mighty Pacific Ocean, I usually spend lots of time taking it all in. Those moments in time literally bring tears to my eyes, the beauty of what I see, feel, hear, etc. I want my God's great love for me to take my breath away. Hummmmmmmm ... I guess I need to spend a whole lot more time with Him, huh?

Wow, how true is that! We soak it in. The next thing we do is TALK about it! How little power the enemy has when the Lord is glorified in our testimonies. When we proclaim the work of the Lord and reveal His activeness in our lives. Satan is helpless when we take the focus off of sin and on the work of God. He has a mission for each of us every moment of everyday. There are no coincidences.
